Here at Open Mind we offer a variety of services. The most common are consultations on new homes building projects after you buy a home, but what about before you buy? Most of the time the first time we meet a customer is the few weeks or months after they bought a new home and they want to remodel. Nothing is more frustrating to us and a new homeowner than having to tell them that they cant do a project because structurally its not possible or telling them that a project is going to cost a ton of money after they already stuck everything they had into the home at purchase. Now, we are not a licensed home inspector but what we do offer is years of building experience. If you are looking at a new home to buy, call us before you purchase. We can go through it and talk about what upgrades you have in mind and if its possible to do those upgrades and remodels.
